Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  1. Schedule and manage the MD's appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  3. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the MD.
  4. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  5. Facilitate follow-up actions from meetings, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  6. Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accurate documentation.
  7. Handle office administrative tasks, including expense reports, procurement, and office supplies management.
